• IMAGE RIGHTS

High Resolution Digital Photos can be used in any way that you see fit. Print as much as want, as large as you want from wherever you want without a watermark.

• EDITING + DIGITAL PHOTOS

I individually edit every photo delivered to you. However, I do not do extreme body, face, or hair retouching. Blemishes will be edited on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of Vince Alonzo Photo Co. Edited photos will be delivered to the Client in jpeg format. RAW files will never be delivered to a Client unless purchased separately or included in your package. Additional editing changes or revisions can be purchased at $100/hr.

The number of images delivered from your wedding/elopement is based on the amount of hours contracted, activities and guest count. As a guideline you can expect approximately 50-65 images per hour of service that you contract. Engagement sessions produce 65+ final images.

• PACKAGE CUSTOMIZATION

All packages are customizable. A common change is swapping out an engagement session for 1 extra hour of coverage on your wedding day. Albums and other products can also be upgraded/added to perfect your package.

• DELIVERY

You may expect the base package of processed photos to be presented online 8–10 weeks after the event. Albums, prints, and additional orders may take up to 11–14 weeks due to design, print, publication, and shipping time.

• TRAVEL

If the location of the wedding, elopement and/or engagement is more than 100 miles round-trip outside the 25701 area zip code, a travel fee of $0.75/mile will be added to cover for travel expenses.

Weddings, elopements and/or engagements 2+ hours away may require lodging for one night, 3+ hours away may require lodging for two nights. Airfare is calculated on a case by case basis.

• PAYMENT

To reserve your date, a non-refundable 1/3 deposit is required. The full balance is due 1 month prior to the date. Your package is subject to 7% WV state sales tax. Paying with credit card is subject to a 3% transaction fee.

• WHEN TO BOOK

Most couples book approximately 9-12 months in advance. If you want to guarantee I’m available on your date, I recommend booking at your earliest convenience.
